Tinkture - Cherry Manhattan
A fruity twist on this timeless Classic.
Taking the inspiration from a traditional Manhattan garnish, Tinkture turn up the ‘cherry’ in their variation of the classic Manhattan.

This Manhattan is built on Kentucky Bourbon, Cherry Quaglia Liquore Cilegia, and Berto Vermouth Rosso.
Either stir in a glass of ice or add to a cocktail shaker filled with ice, and short shake til the outside of the shaker is cold and strain into a chilled coupe or Nick and Nora glass.
Stirring over ice will keep it stronger whilst shaking in a shaker will noticeably chill and dilute it more.
You can add a couple of dashes of angostura bitters if you prefer that bitter edge to your drinks (lovely, although not absolutely necessary)
Garnish with Maraschino or real, fresh cherries - if you don't have either an orange rind twist is always a nice touch.
