Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at mcmillansofmalton@outlook.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Events & Ticket Returns

  1. Tickets are sold subject to McMillans of Maltons right to make any alterations to the advertised arrangements, which are a result of circumstances beyond their control.
  2. Once purchased, tickets cannot be transferred, exchanged or refunded unless the event is cancelled, moved to another date, or if details of the event are significantly changed after tickets have been purchased (significant changes might include a change of specific speaker, venue, or time).
  3. If, having purchased a ticket, you are no longer able to attend, a refund will only be given if no less than 48 hours notice is given, less 5% of the original booking costs. 
  4. If an event is cancelled rescheduled or changed, McMillans of Malton will use reasonable endeavours to notify ticket holders of the cancellation/change.
  5. If an event is cancelled, the cost of the ticket/s, and any booking fee, will be refunded to ticket holders in full.
  6. If an event is rescheduled, ticket holders will be offered the opportunity to transfer their ticket/s to the new date. If the ticket holder does not wish to take advantage of this arrangement, the ticket price and any booking fee will be refunded to the ticket holder in full.
  7.  Any refunds which are given will be paid using the same method of payment by which the sale was originally made.
  8. McMillans of Malton will not be responsible for any tickets that are lost or stolen. No duplicate tickets will be issued to replace lost or stolen tickets.
