Strathearn Heather Rose Gin

Heather Rose Gin with its combination of rose and heather has a prosecco character. The colour of the gin changes to a delicate pink when tonic is added. Fragrant, floral and light, sweet yet spicy. Best served in a chilled Champagne flute with no slice.
