Orkney Aatta Gin

Aatta (meaning "eight" in Old Norse) was distilled eight times with eight botanicals for a very smooth texture, with the last distillation lasting 24 hours. The bottle pays homage to the ancient receptacles that formerly graced Orkney's coastlines. Juniper, citrus, cinnamon, wild rosehips, and vanilla are the botanicals used in the London Dry Gin. A fresh, zesty scent with piney juniper, crisp citrus, and slightly sweet vanilla should assault your tongue. The end contains a little coriander flavor as well as silky vanilla.
