A bold Lowland creation matured at 46% ABV in a masterful combination of Pedro Ximénez, Oloroso sherry butts and Port casks. Crafted entirely on the Lochlea farm in Ayrshire, this release reveals layers of juicy red fruit, cherry, plum, ginger cake and subtle spice with a luxuriously smooth finish. Non-chill filtered and naturally coloured, Dark Briar showcases exceptional craftsmanship and a true farm-to-bottle character.
