This is the Mastery of Oak, 2017 Edition from the Johnnie Walker & Sons Private Collection. 

Three battings were used in total for this release by the Johnnie Walker team: the first a blend of malt and grain whiskies that were mostly aged in first-fill American Oak. The Second a blend of refill cask-aged Highland and Speyside single malts, and the third a blend of whiskies from a variety of experimental casks (some of which had been “salt cured” and had different char profiles).

A limited release of 5,588 bottles.
