Handmade in small batches, Hedgerow Gin with Rhubarb and Raspberry pairs perfectly with Elderflower tonic, a handful of raspberries and a sprig of fresh mint to create a refreshing pink drink for the summery months. The rhubarb adds a tangy pleasantness to the drink and the raspberries give the gin a subtle sweetness.
