Daftmill - 2012 Winter Batch

Daftmill 2012 Winter Release is a beautifully composed Lowland single malt that shows exactly why this tiny farm distillery has built such a loyal following. A superb example of modern Lowland dram, precise, characterful and increasingly sought after.

This bottle came from seven first fill ex bourbon barrels and five first fill ex Oloroso and PX hogsheads which were filled on the 25th of December 2012. They were then matured in the upper levels of the dunnage warehouse until being bottled in February 2026.
