Crag & Tail Scottish Gin

Crag & Tail is a modern take on a traditional small-batch Scottish gin. It has 12 botanicals in all. Classic botanicals such as juniper and liquorice are mixed with watermelon, elderflower, and citrus for a clean, crisp, and exceptionally refreshing gin. Watermelon adds a gentle sweetness and fruity touch to the dish. In the Scottish Gin Society Consumer Choice Awards in 2019 and 2020, Crag & Tail was ranked in the top ten. The term is derived from a geological feature seen throughout Scotland. Edinburgh Castle is home to Scotland's most renowned Crag & Tail, with the castle perched atop the crag and the Royal Mile serving as the Tail.
