York Gin uses the London dry method - using distilled spirit with all the botanicals involved in the distillation in our beautiful copper still, Ebor, named after the Roman name for York, Eboracum.
Incorporating nine botanicals - juniper, coriander, cinnamon, orris root, angelica, cardamom, black pepper, lemon peel and grains of paradise.
York Gin was awarded a Silver Medal in the Spirits Business Gin Masters 2018, and was shortlisted for three awards at the Gin Awards 2018.
