Wester Chocolate Rum
Rum from the Dominican Republic flavored with cocoa husks. Dark cocoa flavours with bitter chocolate overtones are expected. This is a rich rum with a moreish depth of flavour, produced in small batches in a distillery in Glasgow's west end.
In a White Russian or with ginger beer, this rum is fantastic. It's also delicious straight up over ice, with a mild rum sting and a lingering dark chocolate finish. Wester Chocolate Rum is a rich pot-distilled rum with Dominican cocoa husks acquired from a local bean-to-bar chocolatier.
