Maury Domaine Pouderoux 2018
The grapes are selected and sorted in the vineyard. They are picked by hand, de-stemmed, fermented (with skins), macerating for 30 days.
The unfiltered and non-clarified wine is bottled in June following the harvest and is allowed to mature slowly.
Beautiful garnet red colour, aromas of red fruits, cherry, black-berry. Generous and well balanced.
Full-bodied and well-structured: good tannins combined with a red fruit taste.
