Daftmill 2011 Winter Batch Release

The infamous Daftmill. Winter Batch 2011. Publican variety barley grown on site in a 43ac field and harvested in August 2009. Dried and stored on site then malted in Alloa. All of the characteristic and systems of Daftmill lean towards their love of old fashioned and fantastic whisky. 

Limited seasonal release of 7500 bottles.
